Rafting, canyoning and jeep tours are services provided on a fixed date with a
limited number of places. The rules below apply to them instead of the general
rules for returning goods.
Cancellation by the guest
- More than 24 hours before the tour starts — cancellation is
free. You receive a full refund. - Less than 24 hours before the tour starts — no refund.
- No-show at the agreed meeting point and time — no refund.
- Late arrival — if you miss the departure, the tour counts as
used and no refund is given. The group and the guide cannot wait.

Cancellation by Tara kula raft
We may cancel a tour when running it is unsafe or not possible — primarily
because of the water level and weather on the Tara, but also because of equipment
failure, guide unavailability, a closed road, a decision by the authorities, or too
few participants.
In that case you choose between:
- a full refund, or
- rescheduling to the first available date that suits you, at
no extra cost.
Participant safety is the only criterion for this decision, and it is made by the
guide on site.
Rescheduling
You can move your booking to another date free of charge up to 24 hours before
the tour starts, subject to availability. A request to reschedule within 24 hours is
treated as a cancellation.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued exclusively to the same payment card used for
the purchase (VISA, Maestro or MasterCard), regardless of the reason for the refund.
The bank returns the funds to the cardholder’s account at our request. We start the
refund within 3 working days of accepting the cancellation; how long it takes to
appear on your account depends on your bank.
Right of withdrawal in distance contracts
In distance contracts a consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw without giving
a reason. That period does not apply to leisure services supplied on
a specific date or within a specific period — and rafting, canyoning and jeep tours
are exactly such services. The cancellation rules on this page apply to them instead.
